1. What is AqabaList?
AqabaList is a local classifieds and directory platform for Aqaba, Jordan. Users can browse or post listings for real estate, services, vehicles, jobs, and more. All content is user-generated, and we provide tools for verification, communication, and safe transactions.
2. How do I create an account?
To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” button and provide accurate information including your name, email, and password. You may also upload a profile photo. By creating an account, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
3. How do I post a listing?
After logging in, click “Post a Listing.” Fill in the required fields such as title, description, price, category, location, and upload images. All listings must comply with our prohibited content rules (no illegal items, adult content, scams, etc.).
4. Can I delete my account or listings?
You may request deletion of your account, listings, or personal data via our Data Deletion Request Page. Verified requests are usually processed within 30 days. Some third-party ad-related data may require separate deletion steps.
5. How is my data used?
Your personal information may be used for:
- Managing your account and listings
- Communication, notifications, and support
- Analytics and platform improvements
- Advertising personalization (Google AdSense, Meta/Facebook)

AqabaList displays ads from Google AdSense, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), local businesses, and affiliate partners. Ads may be personalized based on cookies and browsing behavior. We are not responsible for advertisers’ claims or products. All advertising complies with AdSense and Meta policies.

All user-submitted content must:
- Be accurate and honest

9. How do I pay for premium features?
Premium services, such as featured listings or ads, are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers. All payments are final except where legally required.

AqabaList is not responsible for disputes between users, buyers, sellers, or advertisers. All parties should resolve issues independently. We may mediate in case of serious policy violations or fraud.
